Our Certifications & Safety Checks
At Fitra Care, safety, trust and quality support come first. Our support workers complete relevant screening, training and competency requirements before providing services. We also maintain clear policies and business safeguards so participants and families can feel confident about the people supporting them.

Participant Safety Comes First
We do not treat screening and training as a one-time exercise.
Worker documents are monitored and updated as required, and workers are expected to follow Fitra Care’s policies, participant support instructions and professional standards at all times.
If a worker’s required clearance expires or is no longer valid, they will not be allocated relevant support work until the requirement has been resolved.
Support You Can Feel Confident About
Choosing a support worker means trusting someone with your daily routines, family and wellbeing.
Fitra Care aims to provide support that is:
- Safe
- Respectful
- Reliable
- Culturally sensitive
- Family-focused
- Participant-centred
We take the time to understand each participant’s needs, preferences, routines, culture and communication style before matching them with suitable support workers.
